Hello!
I am new to yorkie talk and the welcoming e-mail told me i should introfuce myself in this discussion! So here goes... Well the reason i joined yorkie talk is because my family and I have been looking for a yorkie pup to adopt for nearly 7 months now. We can't seem to find any breeders! All of the AKC yorkie breeders in our area have not had new pups for this whole period that we have been searching. Of course, I am open to any breeder with good reviews, but I wouldn't know how to find them! This will be our first dog so we don't know much about how to find reputable breeders or even reputable websites-all the websites with yorkies that we liked always seemed to have bad reviews on yelp- so I guess that's why I'm here! I live in Connecticut but we are willing to drive into states like Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Vermont, New york (which we are very close to) and any other state that is fairly near to get our new puppy. Since probably most of the people on this website have yorkies or once had yorkies, I am hoping you can help! Please leave the emails of the breeders that you got your yorkies from! And also please say where they live! Thank you!

Oh and also my family has 3 children, a 7 year old, 14 year old, and 16 year old- all girls!- I have heard that Beiwer terriers are more calm... which do you think would be better for our family? Thank you for your help!!!
