The only OTC product I would suggest you use is:

GenTeal Lubricant Gel Liquid Eye Drops, Moderate to Severe Dry Eye Relief | Walgreens


But, that should not be in place of a vet visit and diagnosis. Eyes are very important...when they are red, it means they are irritated and need care.
