Since your post was under mine I have to assume your question is on the Greenie pill pockets, They can be gotten at Petco, Petsmart, Pet Supplies, your vet may carry them, mine does, most any pet supply carries them. They are sold for pills size, which the Greenie is a small pocket, also sold for capsules which is a large pocket. I buy the capsules size, I cut it in half if I have to use a pill. All you need is just enough to cover the pill. The Greenie pill pockets are very soft, so can be molded around a pill for even a puppy. Green pill pockets are the best thing after the GPS. No more shoving pills down babies throats, or using a syringe. The elbow macaroni soulds like a neat way, this is the first I am hearing this trick. Most all pups LOVE any form of pasta, I would try this myself. But like I stated, I always make sure I have several bags of Greenies if one of my pups takes meds for life.
