For years, this has been my very favorite and successful attempt at giving pills! The kiddos LOVE this and are clueless!
In the past, I have used little raw beef meat balls, pills pushed into Vienna sausage slice, cheese wrapped around the pill, and even mini ravioli.....none worked as well as the pill inside the elbow macaroni!
