Actually it does say within the document "most breeders consider a female under 5 lbs unsuitable for breeding".

To me this is a strong warning, but not an interdiction. And it should imo be a strong warning.

You as a puppy purchaser would need to understand why this 4lb or so female was bred. But hey what if the female was 4lbs 11 ounces? Do you not breed her? What about 4lbs 8 ounces?

And you need a clear answer. I can respond to ALL the REasons why I bred my female, Very Clearly, very directly, very passionately. I can list her faults and her strengths, and how I thought she could contribute to the breed, or at least hope she would.

You see this is a guideline a strong one, but a guideline and not a RULE. It is not black or white.

Gosh life would be simpler if everything was black n white.
