Checked with my vet today and he said Biopsy is the way to go even if its not that could be lupis or immune disorders but still said biopsy would tell. Also I did not know your dogs age but he said not likely if he was a younger dog that it was SNP ( I said 3-or 4 yrs guess) But when I said maybe 7yrs ( guess ) was when he said it could be or any of the auto immune problems.
