I know exactly how you feel! I'm getting my pup spayed tomorrow. I know it's nerve wracking, but it is the best thing to do health wise. I'll let you know if I come up with any good ways to get their energy out when they can't run or jump! I'm thinking I'll be going on lots of walks! Keep us updated with how everything goes.
