Thank you Pink,

I've just watched a TV program about a rescued 8 year old Yorkie who made a good recovery from surgery, (thank goodness) which has boosted my confidence about next week. How long do they need restraining from a run post surgery?

Crystal belts at least 2,500 yards every evening in 40 yard recoveries of her ball on the soft beaches in front of our home, as well as a 2 mile walk with her mom most mornings.

She adores this time almost more than eating! Her toilet facilities are in our utility area anyway, so she doesn't need to go out for those needs. I'm just concerned about all that energy needing an outlet?
