I usually tell people Jackson is a Silky Terrier now, it's just easier, he looks/acts more like one anyway, but odds are he's just a badly bred Yorkie... but immediately when you say Yorkie, you get the looks, or the "wow he's big?!" and whatever else... Silky Terrier makes the convo stop quicker haha! | LOL. I agree ignore the comments. Shut em up and tell him he is a Standard Bred Yorkie, they probably won't know what you mean
