I think "in general" Yorkies do not do well with children and children do not do well with Yorkies. Of course there are exceptions but I wouldn't advise it.
I LOVE my puppy but I got her when I didn't know a grandchild was in my future. She is cuddly, sweet and beautiful. She loves everyone except children. It's embarrassing, she BARKS at babies???
