They had a really expensive big wooden birdcage and a dog peed on it. It was so big they didn't really have a choice but to put it on the floor. They had to heavily discount the cage.
The store is higher end and there's a petsmart right across the street, so you'd think they'd mostly attract more involved pet owners who would train their dogs and clean up after them, nope.
The stuff I buy from them is high up, so it can't be peed on (wet food, treats, and sometimes other odds and ends). |
That is terrible that people don't control their pets! I'm so glad that I don't have a physical store, or I might be tempted to put up a sign, "You pee on it, you buy it."
