I have three BBs and experienced the same problem with the rubbing and it just destroyed Zoe's coat around her shoulders as it caused a lot of hair breakage. I prefer the puppia harness , too.

Zo now has a short summer cut for the first time ever (she's three and a half), so I was just thinking of trying the BB again to see how it does. I do like the look of it.
