Yes, you're very close! We've only tried the park near Harford Mall with the gates to separate the small dogs and big dogs but every time we go it's nothing but bigger dogs in the 70-100lb range in both sides and Bella is only about 4lbs so I don't want her to accidentally get hurt.
I havent found any other parks yet.
