Personally, I don't like to free feed and give about 1/4c twice daily. But she's still a puppy. Are you feeding puppy food still or a brand that is all age? You need to consider when dogs (generally-not Lexi) become overweight it is because they are over fed and not related to spay or neutering. Bogey would eat 2 cups a day if I allowed him. I think he's part piggy
