May I thank you all for the time you have taken here to offer support and empathy, I really do appreciate it. I should also have said I'm a complete coward too! I could have had the job done today, but delayed it for a week!
Selfishly I just wanted those wonderful long runs along the beach in the evening and our time together afterwards on the staithe,
(landing stage) when she nestles inside my jacket to go on a just little longer...
Also again selfishly to prepare me for the ordeal of waiting for her to come round - I just hope she forgives me?
