In the summer, we don't much, because I spend a lot of time at my dads house where has a big fenced in yard with a pool so he gets a lot of running in AND tonsss of swimming which tires him out far more than a walk.
We tend to walk more in the spring & fall. We don't live in a neighborhood so it involves me driving to parks, etc. If we lived in a neighborhood, we'd be walking every day. When we do walk, we typically go 2-3 miles. When we go hiking in battlefields, etc, we can do anywhere from 5-7 miles. |
