I couldn't sleep the night before Cookie got spayed either (she was also 7lbs at the time). It was a tough couple of weeks keeping her in one room so she couldn't jump on things and only taking her out for potty on a leash until she got her stitches out. Especially since she was her playful self a day and a half after the surgery!
