My 4 month old Yorkie has never gone to the bathroom outside. When we got her the breader had her going on the puppy pad, so I just countinued to have her use the pads. She does well when she is in her pen, but when she has the run of the house she pees where ever. I do have a pad by her pen so she can use it when she is out of the pen, but she rather go anywhere but on the pad! Is it to late to train her to go outside, and can I train her to go outside & on the pad? Any Help Please!!
