As far as reserving a Pavillion we can do that, but there's a $35 fee . Or we just wing it and hope theres space near at the pavillion that sits across from the dog park. That's totally up to the group but if we are going to reserve I can call and make that reservation.
Can someone take over the hotel sheet/directions info?
Light Snacks,Water,etc. We can do a sign up sheet so no one brings duplicate items. We'll also need a head count which we will do closer to the timing of the even (say August). |
I'm ok with both reservation and no reservation. I guess someone who frequents that park and knows the number of folks who use it would be the best qualified to make that decision.
