We've decided that it will be Sep 20 at the Pinkneyville Dog Park in Norcross.
As far as reserving a Pavillion we can do that, but there's a $35 fee . Or we just wing it and hope theres space near at the pavillion that sits across from the dog park. That's totally up to the group but if we are going to reserve I can call and make that reservation.
Can someone take over the hotel sheet/directions info?
Light Snacks,Water,etc. We can do a sign up sheet so no one brings duplicate items. We'll also need a head count which we will do closer to the timing of the even (say August).
