He is cute, and oh so tiny.

I am just surprised that the breeder isn't keeping him with his mommy until 12 weeks, which is recommended, especially since he is so small. It is a very important time for his health and socialization to be with mom. I highly recommend that you consider leaving him longer as 7 weeks and 1 lb. is just too early.
