She might be lactose intolerant, but I hear that too much dairy products aren't too good for them, either, but are okay in some moderation. Also any food with some type of sugar can cause spikes in the blood sugar levels. Fruits, though most can be good for dogs (be sure to know which ones as some fruits are not), does have natural sugars in them (fructose) generally anything that has "-ose" in the end is a form of sugar. Fructose is one of, if not the most fastest absorbing sugars and are also "short-lived" which usually mean if there's not some sort of fiber, carb, or protein to stabilize the blood sugar (or any other foods that have a more longer effect), you can have a "crash" within a couple of hours. So essentially the yogurt/banana has a fair amount of natural sugar. Mind you, not all sugars are bad and some fruits have other properties that naturally balance out the sugar, just depends on how sensitive the dog's system is or if they are use to it or not.
But since she's also been on a fairly strict diet, this could be the common "sudden switch" effect that many dogs have when they are suddenly having their diet changed to something else. So it may just be a case of indigestion. Just my thought on the subject ^^;
