I am glad everything worked out so well. I remember that where I used to live, when we had a big lazy lab-mutt rescue, whenever we boarded him at that vet, he spent his days on the sofa in the vets office...and he wasn't a cute little yorkie! (I found this out after we had boarded him several times when one of the techs was laughing about it) Many times when I go to the vet I use now, I can see a couple of small dogs and the resident cat all wandering about in the back with the staff.
Huey just hates being away from us (me, especially). When I got stuck at work for 3 days a couple of months ago (snow), he wouldn't even eat for his daddy unless he put the food in a treat ball. Spoiled...
