Hi my lil missing just had liver shunt sugery i use hills L/D protein in food should Not have more than 14 -17℅ u will need a prescription from your vet . afyer switching to this food & the meds seen a big difference in two days also the she gained 1pound which help so she could have the sugery .I forgot to mention that before food & meds she had 2 really bad days of head pressing & circling . and that is the most horrible thing I ever had to watch if u or anyone would like to talk let me know & I will give u my phone # prayers & best wishes to u & ur little one
