I am going through the same thing with Gidget. The hair looks very thin on the top of her head, and if you look close to the roots its turning silver. So that has a lot to do with it. I talked to the vet about it, and he said that she was fine, I wouldn't worry about it. Just give her some time because her coat will change up to a year and a half old. She isn't going bald, she just has thin hair like Gidget does..
