I do this... My vet wrote it out for me (although this info is on the brand website as well) and gave me some small syringes with needles to draw up the correct dose more easily from the large tube. For a dog 4 to 10 pounds, use 0.4 mL of the K9 Advantix II. For a dog 11-20 pounds use 1.0 mL. The concentration of active ingredients is the same for the various packages but the volume of product in each tube is different. The tube for small dogs contains 0.4 mL and the tube for large dogs contains 4.0 mL so that's about 10 doses if you split it up for a small dog! Very cost-effective if you have multiple dogs.
