Exactly! I spent a lot of time and money two summers ago, building my own fence to enclose part of my back yard, so ZoE would have a SAFE place to run freely. To think that a cop can trespass onto my property without a warrant when I am breaking no law, and kill my dog if he chooses, is beyond belief.
