Most females come into season at 6 months, all my females were over 6 lbs at 6 months, if your girl did not come into season yet at 8 months old could be due to her weight. There are many members that have lil babies, they would be more knowledgeable if it's normal for a 4.6 lb pup at 8 months not to have come into season yet.
