How old is Chloe now? Pebbles was spayed at 6 months and had a few retained puppy teeth. One was right in the front and was removed during her spay. It left a space between her front teeth which over the years has caused her to one by one to lose all her top front teeth. The vet told me at her 7 yr check up that because of the space it caused all her teeth to be loose in the front. The rest of her teeth are in great shape very minimal tartar or plaque and no dental is needed for her right now. My concern would be waiting too much longer for Chloe's spay and leaving a gap. Also, you are asking about teething toys but the issue with Chloe would not be teeth that she uses to chew. Dogs use their back teeth not front teeth where she still has those pesky baby teeth.
