She's young and should still be with her mom until 12 weeks because mom still has a lot to teach her. It's very hard to know how big a pup will get and dosen't always depend on what the parents weight was but sometimes what the grandparents and great grandparents were. Two small parents can still have a pup that gets pretty big. It's really a wait and see type thing.
