I'm glad to hear that Lucy and the Littles are doing well. I am sorry to hear this has caused you to change what you have always loved doing, but I totally understand the need to do so.
Glad to hear the guy's been reprimanded officially. I'm actually really shocked that the dog wasn't impounded for lack of rabies shots. Aren't most biting incidents without benefit of immunization treated as possible spread of disease? Or would he have to have bitten you to have that happen?

Either way the dog should've been kept under observation for a time, or was this done and I missed it?
