Poor Ellie May! Praying she recovers quickly. Very scary when you don't know what it was.
Teddy had a big lump on his back last year that I'm convinced was a spider bite. The vet put him on a steroid and a topical spray. Took about a month for the lump to go away.
A friend's Yorkie girl was stung by 2 - 3 yellow jackets last week. She had Benadryl the first day and appeared to be fine, but then was having leg spasms and severe itchiness. The vet advised continuing the Benadryl and the spasms stopped.
I want the injectable Benadryl to carry with us. In the meantime, I'll take our liquid to the park with us.
