[WaterPKMNMaster]

Several times a day my Yorkie is giving off a strong, disgusting odor from his bottom. It only goes away after I wash his bottom with soap, but comes back several more times in the day. The odor sometimes appears a while after he eats and sometimes appears when he starts barking and freaking out at what he perceives to be security threats (disembodied voices and noises, people walking by the house, other dogs, etc). The odor can even get on clothes, like he's secreting a stinky invisible fluid. We joke that he's part skunk.

We've emptied his anal glands of course, but the problem still persists. Does anyone have any ideas what could be going on?
