I feed my boys a variety of raw ground, they get bone in turkey, duck, rabbit with green tripe and organ meat. As for the whole meats, pork and beef brisket, lamb flank and chops, whole rabbit sliced, and they just love themselves a lovely meaty pork rib. The good thing about the beef brisket and lamb flank is the bone is soft cartlidge and easy for them to knaw and crunch. The lamb chop and pork rib bones, take a bit longer and they can sit for an hour knawing away on those. I make sure their is a proper balance in their daily meals and a constant variety in the proteins as this is very important in raw feeding.
Take your time transitioning in new proteins, as well as try to get grass fed or free range if possible. You want to ensure your dog doesn't have any food sensitivities, so feed only the new protein for a few weeks to ensure there is reaction to it.
