I emailed them and yep, it definitely isn't natural. Their products are made with sulfates and silicones. I wanted to try Kiehls cuddly coat. I think it's the most natural shampoo that I have found so far with only 2 ingredients! Cuddly-Coat Grooming Shampoo - Kiehl's Since 1851

I did get the CC wooden pin brush though, I can't wait to receive it!
