my Sammy is on the science k/d. He is NOT happy..so my Vet told me to call Science and ask their recomendations. They told me to sprinkly tuna water (from a can of tuna..not the tuna just the water). I was told I could give him vanilla cookies.. green beans and carrots as snacks. If you add rice it should be sticky rice. My vet said NOTHING with salt.
I also add a phosperous binder.
This is what I was told... but please check with your vet before you add anything to diet.
