Oh yes, they loooovvveee sardines! The only thing I learned recently is that dogs prone to certain bladder stones (calcium oxalate) should avoid sardines as it is one of the few fish that is high in oxalate.
If you have a trader joes nearby, that's where I get them salt free packed in water. Most sardines are country of origin Morrocco or Portugal and are wild-caught so I feel OK buying there.
