I do understand the frustration. I had the same problem as byb are everywhere in my area. When my friend told me about Lily's breeder, and doing my research, she was a God send. It was a breath of fresh air to find a good breeder. And I have been blessed with my sweet Lily. I would also check references and visit her kennel. I was lucky enough to get to visit and see both mom and dad. I do think her prices are outrageous. I paid top dollar for Lily in my area. But it wasn't any where near the prices she is charging. Sorry I have no dealings with her nor know anyone who has.
