When we lost Bella it was overwhelming. I told my husband no more, I cannot go through this pain again. Three weeks later we adopted our Guinness from a rescue. I could not stand the emptiness and void in our home...my husband thought it was too soon. I cannot tell you how much we adore and LOVE this little blessing. He has helped to heal our hearts! I miss Bella every single day without a doubt. However, I cannot imagine not having Guinness in our family. Do not feel guilty...channel your love to a new baby who needs it! |
