You mentioned head jerking ...what does she do next and how often?
My Zoey did it again today...jerks her head like something bit her or a sharp pain as she was crawling into her bed for a nap...she looks down like "what was THAT!", then leaves it and finds another place to nap....poor baby ....don't know what that is....
Ohhhh sneezing?! That's to get your attention! Lol... I had 2 yorkies that would do that....
