Those would have to be some pretttty soft teeth in order for them to break via ice. Any appreciable vasoconstriction would be highly unlikely as a result of eating ice - where are they getting this? And what does "mask underlying problems" mean, I wonder? Ie "eating ice totally masks luxating patella!".
