I wouldn't mind it too much, especially if it happens within and hour after eating. Dogs some times get over excited about eating and eat too much, which can cause them to spit up a little when the food expands. My beagle also tends to do this when she eats grass. It's not really a problem, if he were actually throwing up, it would be a problem.
