Today, mad was good! I was so happy to see Harley show something other than pain and illness. The Dr called after we left and told us they were going to increase his NG feedings tomorrow. She also said his glucose level was good and hopefully we could take him off the glucose tomorrow. She said she was surprised at his progress today and could not be happier. I am so relieved and happy right now. I only hope we don't have any setbacks, but have no reason to believe we will. His progress is slow, but steady - I'm so grateful. Thanks to all of you for your prayers and positive thoughts. I truly appreciate it. |
Great news! I completely understand the stress and pain this situation has been on you and your precious boy. Praying you'll be able to rest more comfortably this evenin, knowing that Harley's in good hands and that your sweet boy will continue to recover very quickly!
