I custom ordered. Well sort of. I ordered a 'Ziggy' and asked for them to basically just 'straighten' out the lines instead of zig zag. AND asked for their cheddar leather.

You can pretty much custom order anything. They have tiny -- from 1/2" wide to 3/4". Most Yorkies above 5lbs could probably easily pull off a 5/8" or 3/4". My friend has two Yorkies much smaller than Jackson, and her one wears 1", her smaller wears 3/4". But it depends on the neck length, etc, some Yorkies have long necks and can easily pull off the wider leathers.
The Small But Mighty collars are super cute, too, and used with super soft more 'dainty' leather.
So my favorite leather makers are Paco Collars, Ella's Lead and Karma.
