Unhappy Help for 1yr old yorkie girl

Hello my name is Chris. I have a yorkie boy (neutred) named Remmy who is the light of my life. He is the best dog. we recently added a new addition to our family...Silk. She is a yorkie female (recently spayed). Remmy is two and silk is one. Remmy and silk are not buddies . They sometimes fight but not bad. Mostly Remmy wants nothing to do with her. I thought it would be easier to get an older yorkie vs. a puppy...because it would already be potty trained. Well that is turning out to not be the case. Silk was accustomed to a doggie door and pee pads at her breeders. when I brought her home I put down pee pads...however she never used them. I take her out when I take Remmy out...which is frequently. She will go outside but then come in the house and use the bathroom also. I keep a diaper on her in the house when I can't watch her. She still poops when I have a diaper on her. So at night I have to crate her...I keep her in my room but she wants to get up at 3am...I'm not a morning person to say the least. I choose this morning to ignore her and when I got up at 6am to let her out she had pooped and peed in her crate. Help me... I don't know what I am doing wrong. The only thing I can think of is to take away her food and water at a certain time but she is 4lbs and I was concerned about the hypoglocemia thing.
