Do you make sure he gets a potty break right before bed. Lexi is 5 months old and falls asleep between 8 and 8:30. The moment she curls up to sleep I take her out to pee. She sleeps in until I get her up at around 7-7:30 without having to go to the bathroom. I will sometimes here her at 6 licking herself and moving around, but she will just go back to sleep. Do you have his crate in your room? I know when i tried putting her crate out in the living room she would wake up really early whining, but in the room she would sleep in.
