ya know, while I was watching that video (I watched it 4 times) I said the very same thing. But, on the other side of the coin, who ever tape this video must be use to seeing coyotes and lets face it, I don't think that coyote knows the command "drop it", you would have to get quite close to him to "maybe" scare him enough to let that cat go, and more then likely that poor lil kitty was already dead. If it's not my cat, no way would I go out and try to stop it, I guess the video taker felt the same way. Where I live you can shoot a coyote any time you see one.
