Default 9 weeks old - pneumonia?

Hey all -

We just got our puppy last week and he is officially 9 weeks old.

He has been acting just fine since we got him until yesterday. He started to sneeze probably 10 times in total all day. He had been eating/sleeping/playing as a normal puppy would since we picked him up.

He had his week checkup at the vet and she said he just needs to eat a bit more. Additionally, he did have a worm in his stool sample which he is being treated for now with Albon.

As we are getting ready to leave, he sneezed a bit of of clear snot came deform his nose. The vet was then concerned of possible pneumonia based on that? She suggested that we swab him and get an X-ray already. She sent us home with clavamox to help treat/prevent pneumonia outbreak.

We are now very concerned that he has pneumonia but really aren't seeing any signs other than him sleeping a decent amount since his 2 hour vet visit. Should we be concerned? Thanks!
