I agree that she was too young and way too small to be away from her mother!

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I am glad to read however that the breeder is taking responsibility and issuing you a refund. If the breeder for some reason goes back on her word, please check to see if there are puppy lemon laws in your state. Many states have them. In most cases I think you would be covered bc unfortunately the pup did pass away, and it was a congenital defect.
