ok so remember you are the alpha in the end. do you know who was at the home first out to the two dogs?? that dog should go first for everything...treats/feeding/grooming and so on. I would continue to keep axel on a leash when others are around and use stern correction.....whenever in a situation when he will react that way. consistency and patience are key also. I hope others chime in as I am no expert ....
